Import Duties and Taxes

If you are outside the US, your country's customs might charge an import fee. A quick web search will probably help you find out if this is applicable in your country. To get an estimate, we recommend, or contacting your customs office directly. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please notify us per email before sending back your products.

Provided the goods returned have not been used and are in perfect condition, complete with original packaging, we will refund you the full product amount. If you are in USA, we will also refund the full shipping cost (i.e. the total order amount). Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping or return cost outside of US. 

If you would like to exchange your item for another, we will refund (or charge) the price difference and ship the new item for free. If there's is something wrong with your product, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days, after receipt.

Personalized items: Please note that we're unable to accept returns, and process refunds, for personalized items.
